Payment

All classes are based on the full term, from September to June.

  1. All classes must be paid on time, by the month, whether or not the child has attended that month.
  2. All tuition is due on the last dance day for the next month.  Classes and payments cannot be transferred to the next month or to another student.  EXAMPLE: October tuition is due on child’s last class of September.
  3. Please send payments in an envelope marked with student’s name and class if you are unable to stop at the desk.  Payments must be made in cash only!  NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Please Note:  May and June tuition is due together at the beginning of May.  Recital tickets will not be released without all tuition paid in full.   COSTUME WILL NOT BE GIVEN OUT UNLESS ALL TUITION FOR THE YEAR IS PAID IN FULL.

Tuition, registration fees, recital fees, and accessories are non-refundable or transferable.

Attendance:  If your child is absent, you can make up the class within the same month until May 31st.  Students that are consistently absent will lose placement in their class.  There will be no refund if the school is closed due to inclement weather, the class must be made up.
